My neighbor has a vicious dog which barks at me any time he sees me. Sometimes he chases me and my neighbor sets there and laughs. So I got one of those silent dog whistles to repel the dog off me. now the dogs knows me and does not bother me anymore but I still turn that thing on when I walk by just make the dog and my stupid neighbor go nuts and he does not know what is going on
